The staff was polite. The hotel location proved convenient, very close to the town centre. The room offered the expected facilities. I appreciated the quiet environment during the night.
I found there was no hot water. I arrived Friday and Saturday, but there was no-one in the reception to speak with. I needed to heat water in the kettle to wash.

The room was spacious and included clean bedding. The towels were also clean. The bathroom floor needed a scrub. The carpet showed bits all over it, though the wallpaper was ripped.
